Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it is passed to one of our trusted fulfilment partners for dispatch.


Delivery Times

We work with carefully selected global suppliers to offer great value and innovative products.
Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some products may arrive faster if shipped from a UK or EU warehouse.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout

  • Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will also be clearly displayed


Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details where available.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
This allows us to deliver your items as quickly as possible.


Customs & Import Fees

For UK customers, there are typically no customs charges.

For international orders:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • We cannot control or predict these charges


Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, or

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund.


Lost or Missing Orders

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation
