UK Consumer Rights

If you are shopping from the UK, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Items must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality

  • If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation

In most cases, you will not need to return the item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by misuse

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Items damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or

  • Is confirmed lost in transit

Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
